Step 3: Steam sauna

What is it?
This steam sauna provides moist heat. It is designed to trap all the moisture that is created by a steam generator. This steam room accommodates 100 percent humidity.

However, infrared saunas heat the body directly, resulting in deeper tissue penetration, causing you to sweat and release stored toxins.
